Sales Assistant University

Prospera hosts our SA University for our independent advisor offices in the spring. This is an opportunity for all of our Sales Assistants to gather together in Dallas to network, learn from each other, and participate in the numerous educational opportunities.

The content of this conference, funded by Prospera, is developed by and for our Sales Assistants. We distribute an survey to our Sales Assistants and Financial Advisors, asking them what topics they would like to have covered, what people they would like to interact with and learn from, and what interactive technology practice sessions they want included in the agenda. We then take their responses, and build our Sales Assistant University. As you might expect, it is focused on product knowledge for our independent offices and service techniques.
