With LAUNCH Your Way, we have designed a unique protocol to walk you step by step through the transition process so all your t’s are crossed and your i’s are dotted so there are no surprises on transition day (or LAUNCH date as we like to call it). Particularly if you are going independent for the first time, this was designed with YOU in mind.
PLAN. DESIGN. BUILD. FLOURISH. These four components are designed to make the LAUNCH process as straightforward as possible for an advisor. PLAN – the first step helps advisors with the essential planning to lay a solid foundation for their business. The DESIGN step helps advisors put pen to paper. It guides advisors through everything from how to deal with human resource issues to figuring out the “innards” of their new office space. The BUILD step will guide an advisor through all the tactical steps of taking care of their business and employees, becoming familiar with the Prospera product offerings, creating marketing materials for their new practice, and building key databases. The FLOURISH step assists advisors with the final touches of the turnkey transition- resignation day, meeting with their clients and possibly hosting a client event.
Prospera has thoroughly vetted each step that an advisor going independent for the first time will need to consider and tackle. Even beyond that, Prospera has a LAUNCH team dedicated to working through the turnkey transition with the advisor every step of the way.
