Our transition procedures have been honed over the past twenty-eight years. It means we have the tools and the personnel to help you every step of the way.

Your Prospera Transition Specialist will contact you in advance to help you set a target date for your move. This person will be your primary contact throughout your transition and will help create your strategic transition plan. He or she will help you work through a checklist to ensure that all critical milestones are met.

Your Transition Specialist will be in constant contact with you during and after your transition, keeping you apprised of all critical events taking place, obtaining information for you and your staff, and help you learn the new systems you’ll be using at Prospera.

We know that you need to spend the majority of your time personally contacting your clients and informing them about your move. Because this time with your clients is so critical, we complete the transition paperwork for you. And if you choose to put together your own team to complete the paperwork, we will send a Transition Coordinator to organize and train your team.
